We will make sure your documentation in order, complete your application, help you pay your fees, and ensure understand various visa processing times.Once you are in the UK, we will help to renew your visa to ensure you are compliant with your visa conditions.

If you are already in the UK with Limited Leave to Remain as a family member of a British national or person settled in the UK, we will be happy to assist you with your visa extension application.
EU nationals
As the UK is making arrangements to leave the European Union following the Brexit vote, the status of EU nationals living in the UK is unclear. We strongly recommend that you regularise your residency status in the UK and obtain your Permanent Residence as soon as you qualify for it.

We will assist you and/or your family member(s) in obtaining Registration Certificates, EEA family permits, and Residence Cards.
Settlement
We assist with settlement applications, also known as Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). You may be eligible to apply for this type of application having completed 5 years legal residence in the UK as a partner OR having completed 5 years on a Tier 2 (General) visa. In some circumstances, you can also apply for settlement after completing 10 years lawful residence in the UK. We will assess your circumstances and make sure the option you choose is the best one for your situation.
Citizenship
If you have obtained Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) or Permanent Residence you maybe eligible to apply for Naturalisation. Your exact circumstances will dictate when you can apply for Citizenship. Your immigration consultant will assess your situation and advise you accordingly.

Your dependants who are aged 17 or under can apply for Child Registration.
Tourist and Business Visitors
Visiting the UK for a short holiday or to attend a business meeting may not be as simple as you're expecting it to be. You need to have the right documentation and fully satisfy the Entry Clearance Officer that you are entering the UK for a genuine purpose. Our immigration specialists will work with you to make sure your application meets all of the necessary requirements to pass muster.
Ancestry visas
Commonwealth citizens over age 17 can qualify for UK Ancestry visas if they have one grandparent who was born in the UK. The applicant must provide documentation proving the relationship. This type of visa allows the holder to live and work in the UK for a period of 5 years. At the end of the 5 year period, the visa holder can apply for ILR or, if for any reason they do not qualify, they can apply for an additional 5-year extension.

Visa holders may bring their immediate family members with them to reside in the UK.
Student Visas
The visa provided to students who wish to to study in the UK is known as a Tier 4 visa. You can study in the UK as a student (child) aged between 4 to 17 years or as an adult aged 18 years and above. The course you intend to study and the type of academic institution at which you will be enrolled will determine the validity and conditions of your visa.

An added advantage of studying for a degree in the UK is that it allows you to transition to a Tier 2 (General) visa, with some exemptions from your sponsor, upon successful completion of your academic program. We can assist you in obtaining your Tier 4 visa and subsequently guide you through the transition process once you are studying in the UK.
Consultation
The initial 15 minutes of consultation with an ImmigrationHQ specialist has no charge. If, however, you require a further assessment of your case, complete with a written report of our recommendation, there will be a £120.00 fee. Please note that it is not always possible to fully assess applicants' situations in 15 minutes, in which case one may have to request a complete consultation to receive sound and accurate advice.
